Portrait photographer in Berlin-Kreuzberg

A good portrait does not show what someone looks like, but who is there. I am interested in mood, light and movement – not in a neutral backdrop. I take time for that – in one of the partner studios I have worked with for years, or at a place that suits you.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a portrait shoot take?
A personal portrait series in the studio takes about two hours; a beauty or editorial series with team three to four hours. Outdoor shoots I schedule in the early morning or at blue hour depending on light.
How much does a portrait shoot in Berlin cost?
It depends on scope, team and usage rights. Tell me the occasion and intended use – you will receive a written quote with all items within one working day.
Can I add make-up and hair?
Yes. I have worked for years with MAC-trained make-up artists and L'Oréal award hair stylists. For beauty and editorial series I expressly recommend it.
How do I receive the images?
As a download in web and print resolution, including the agreed usage rights. Fine-art prints on request.
Where does the shoot take place?
In one of the renowned partner and rental studios in Berlin I have worked with for years, or at a location in and around Berlin that I scout to fit the idea – industrial hall, forest, beach, old building.
